Personal information collected by Global Colleagues may be stored and processed in the United States.
- Spiritual Counseling. Our Websites and Services are intended to help you develop your relationship with God and to develop relationships with family and others that are based on Biblical principles, but we do not offer professional counseling. In some cases we can provide information on where to find Christian counselors. We do offer testimonial mentoring by one of our Connectors through our e-Responders system, and in order to participate in that program you must agree to these Terms of Use. By accessing and using any of our Websites and Services, including e-Responders, you are indicating your understanding and agreement that we are not a medical provider or a counseling agency and that we do NOT provide counseling services. You understand and agree that our Website Content and Services are NOT substitutes for professional counseling or medical advice and information. You understand that no Connector will utilize clinical or psychological techniques or interventions in providing spiritual mentoring. You understand and recognize that your Connector either (i) is NOT a state licensed mental health professional or (ii), if he or she is a state licensed mental health professional, he or she is not providing you spiritual counseling in his or her capacity as a licensed professional. For purposes of the spiritual mentoring being provided to you by Global Colleagues, your Connector is not holding himself or herself out as a “psychiatrist,” “psychologist,” “mental health counselor,” “marriage and family therapist,” or “counselor,” nor is the spiritual mentoring you receive considered “psychiatry,” “psychology,” “mental health counseling,” “marriage and family therapy,” or “counseling” as defined by state law.
- Indemnification. You agree to hold harmless, indemnify and fully protect Global Colleagues, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
